Loto Lealaimatafao is a speaker, evangelist, and certified chaplain whose story begins with a bullet and ends with a miracle. Born in American Samoa and raised in Fresno, California — shot and blinded at 16, his journey from tragedy to transformation has taken him to stages, schools, prisons, and communities across the U.S. and internationally.
For over 25 years he has been reaching the unreachable, impacting the impossible, and loving the whosoever — in every setting, on every platform, with every kind of audience.
He and his wife Maria — alongside their five children, the Fab 5 — call Fresno, California home. Since 2013, Loto has served as a Certified Chaplain at the Fresno County Juvenile Justice Campus through Loto Ministries Inc.
